CONCURRENT SESSION 13
Leveraging AI and VR for Business Innovation and Social Impact
In this forward-thinking session, two expert speakers will share insights on the evolving role of technology in modern business.
- Rachel Cliffe (Telstra Regional Australia) reflects on 30 years of tech change, from fax machines to artificial intelligence, and how AI is now improving productivity, safety, and security for regional businesses.
- Simon Lowe (People Tech Revolution) explores the use of co-designed virtual reality (VR) and AI tools to address social and operational challenges. Drawing on real-world case studies, he will demonstrate how immersive technology can drive better staff training, empathy, and service outcomes across multiple sectors.
This session offers practical insights for businesses looking to embrace technology as a tool for growth, compliance, engagement, and impact.
