This session will break down the role of nbn and retailers, explain the different technology types available across the region, and help attendees determine whether they may be eligible for upgrades such as Fibre to the Premises (FTTP). We’ll also explore why internet performance may not be what it used to be, including the impact of increased device usage, streaming demands, and outdated in-home equipment.
Attendees will be invited to check their own address via the nbn website on arrival as part of a lucky door prize, giving everyone the opportunity to identify the type of technology servicing their property and whether upgrade pathways are available.
The session will include audience Q&A with a focus on practical information rather than provider recommendations.
