DESCRIPTION:\nThe Chamber's Annual General Meeting (AGM) and meet the 2026 
 Whitsunday Business Award winners will be held Thursday 19 November. \n\n\
 n\nThe AGM is open to all\, and eligible members with voting rights.\n\n\n
 \nAt the AGM\, you will have the opportunity to:\n\n\n\n✔️ Hear update
 s on the Chamber’s operations\, finances\, and future direction.✔️ A
 sk questions and share feedback on key priorities.✔️ Vote on agenda it
 ems and contribute to shaping the Chamber’s year ahead.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\
 n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnnual General Meeting \n\n\n\nThe AGM is open to all\, and
  eligible members have voting rights.\n\n\n\nAGENDA\n\n\n\n1. Accept&nbsp\
 ;minutes&nbsp\;of 2025 Annual General Meeting&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n2. Receive Pre
 sident’s Report&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n3. Receive Treasurer’s Report&nbsp\;\n\n
 \n\n4. Receive and adopt the Auditor’s Report\n\n\n\n5. Appoint auditor 
 for 2025-26\n\n\n\n6. Election of Office Bearers and Board members for 202
 6-27: The Chamber welcomes nominations for the Board which must be receive
 d in writing 14-days prior to the AGM (on or by 5 November 2026). Consider
 ation may be given to late nominations.\n\n\n\nThe Board is seeking repres
 entatives particularly from the trades\, accommodation\, food and beverage
 \, legal\, and health sectors.\n\n\n\nUnder the Chamber's Constitution s18
 (5) The Board shall have a maximum of ten (10) members of the association 
 with a minimum of four (4).\n\n\n\nCandidates will be&nbsp\;listed in alph
 abetical order\, with proposers&nbsp\;and seconders named\, when nominatio
 ns are received.\n\n\n\nPROXIES\n\n\n\nIf you are unable to attend the AGM
  and wish to vote\, please complete the&nbsp\;proxy form&nbsp\;and return 
 to it the Chamber via email by 5pm Wednesday 18 November 2026.\n\n\n\nEven
