 nce coverage delivered by industry leaders\, tailored specifically for sma
 ll businesses.\n\n\n\nThis event will provide business owners with practic
 al information about insurance\, including complaint resolution\, to suppo
 rt business resilience planning and disaster recovery. Industry experts fr
 om Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)\, Insurance Council Au
 stralia (ICA) and Office of Queensland Small Business Commissioner will be
  presenting at the event (QSBC).\n\n\n\nOur Panel of guest speakers includ
 es Chris Liamos Senior Ombudsman\, (AFCA)\, Alexandra Hordern General Mana
 ger\, Regulatory and Consumer Policy\, (ICA)\, and Peter Maddock Director
