SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting &amp\; Speed Networking Event
DESCRIPTION:\nThe Chamber's Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Chamber networ
 king event will be held 7:30am-9:00am Thursday 13 November at Fliby's Moto
 rs\, Proserpine. \n\n\n\nThe AGM is open to all\, and eligible members wit
 h voting rights.\n\n\n\nAt the AGM\, you will have the opportunity to:\n\n
 \n\n✔️ Hear updates on the Chamber’s operations\, finances\, and fut
 ure direction.✔️ Ask questions and share feedback on key priorities.
 ✔️ Vote on agenda items and contribute to shaping the Chamber’s year
  ahead.\n\n\n\nThe event will also feature guest speakers:\n\n\n\n\nJade Y
 vonne from The Hon. Amanda Camm MP's office with an update from the Minist
 er. \n\n\n\nPaul Hanlon\, Council’s Manager of Investment Attraction and
  Growth\, who will provide an update on Council’s Economic Development S
 trategy.\n\n\n\n\nPlus\,&nbsp\;enjoy a fun speed networking&nbsp\;session\
 , giving everyone the chance to share their business news\, insights\, and
  plans for 2026.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnnual General Meeting \n\
 n\n\nThe AGM is open to all\, and eligible members have voting rights.\n\n
 \n\nAGENDA\n\n\n\n1. Accept&nbsp\;minutes&nbsp\;of 2024 Annual General Mee
 ting&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n2. Receive President’s Report&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n3. Receiv
 e Treasurer’s Report&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n4. Receive and adopt the Auditor’s 
 Report\n\n\n\n5. Appoint auditor for 2024-25\n\n\n\n6. Election of Office 
 Bearers and Board members for 2025-26: The Chamber welcomes nominations fo
 r the Board which must be received in writing 14-days prior to the AGM (on
  or by 30 October 2025). Consideration may be given to late nominations.\n
 \n\n\nThe Board is seeking representatives particularly from the trades\, 
 accommodation\, food and beverage\, legal\, and health sectors.\n\n\n\nUnd
 er the Chamber's Constitution s18(5) The Board shall have a maximum of ten
  (10) members of the association with a minimum of four (4).\n\n\n\nCandid
 ates will be&nbsp\;listed in alphabetical order\, with proposers&nbsp\;and
