Refunds

Membership

We have a 30 day refund policy for membership. If you decide you no longer wish to be part of the chamber of commerce, we will refund you all membership fees as long as you have contacted us within 30 days of our receipt of your signed membership form.

Events and other tickets

If you have pre-purchased a ticket for an event, you are eligible for a refund if you contact us at least 2 business days prior to the event.

Advertisements and other initiatives

You are eligible for a full refund of your fee as long as the following requirements have been met:

  • The final booking deadline (e.g. for print publications) has not passed
  • Your advertising period (e.g. for signage) has not commenced

Outstanding money owed

If you have any other outstanding debts to Chamber of Commerce, we will deduct that amount from any refund you are eligible for.
